Places & Spaces - Luxemburg

It's December!!! I absolutely love this month; it's Christmas time!!! ♥
But being in a christmas mode, i get to miss my family and my friends who live abroad. The one person i miss the most (beside my family), is my best friend Stephanie. We get together only when its holidays and we return home in Cyprus, because till last summer she was studying in the UK and  i'm studying in Greece. Recently she moved to Luxemburg due to a job she got there but because of that these holidays she will be "home"(meaning Cyprus) for just a week... But.. i promised her that i would go and visit her in Luxemburg, which, as she describes me, it's an absolutely beautiful place to be, both live and work in!
Luxemburg, from an architectural point of view, has a medieval - gothic style in general : chapels, castles, and dwellings with niches, sharp/cuspidal roofs and edges and narrow pedestrian streets. And all these combined with contemporary developments due to a progressive internationalization begun around 1990's.

The photos are taken by a common friend of me and Steph, "mr." Leo Panagiotides who also lives and works in Luxemburg at the time! Thanks Leo! (check out his blog, you may like it: The Sound Of )
